TCPA, State Compliance & Do Not Call Policy

This policy describes how Adsora LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state “mini-TCPA” laws, and Do Not Call (DNC) regulations.
1. Prior Express Written Consent
By providing your telephone number and clicking “Submit” (or similar) on our websites, you provide prior express written consent for Adsora LLC (and its service providers) to contact you via:
Telephone calls (including prerecorded/artificial voice messages)
SMS and MMS text messages
These communications may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) or similar technology for marketing, promotional, transactional, and service-related purposes.
Consent is not required to purchase goods or services.
2. State-Specific Compliance
We comply with state-specific laws, including but not limited to:
Florida (FTSA) & Oklahoma (OTSA): Maximum 3 marketing calls/texts per 24 hours, only between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time.
Washington State: Identification of caller and purpose at the start of a call.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message/data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
Texts: Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving text communications.
Calls or Other Contact: Email team@adsora.com with the subject line “Do Not Call” and include the phone number you wish to have removed.
We may send a one-time confirmation of your opt-out request. Opting out will not affect transactional or service-related messages necessary for your account.

6. Internal Do Not Call Policy
We are committed to respecting consumer privacy and complying with federal and state DNC rules.
a. Our Practices:
Maintain an Internal Do Not Call List of consumers who request no further contact.
Add requests to our DNC list within 30 business days.
Retain DNC records for at least 5 years.
Update the list at least every 30 days.
b. We Will Not Call:
Any number on our Internal DNC List.
Any number on the National Do Not Call Registry or applicable State Do Not Call Lists, unless permitted by law.
c. How to Request DNC Placement:
You may request to be placed on our DNC list by:
Emailing team@adsora.com with your phone number and “Do Not Call” in the subject line.
Replying STOP to any text message to be removed from text communications.
If your number changes, submit a new request. Removal from the list requires a written request.
7. Recordkeeping
We retain proof of all consent records (date, time, method, disclosure text) and all DNC requests for five (5) years.
